In this context, the two companies will comprehensively advance robot R&D, production and application distribution in Vietnam through a joint venture model; It aims to establish a localized robotics industry ecosystem and promote the deepening and development of the robotics industry chain in the Southeast Asian market.

In this context, AiMOGA Robotics, the ecosystem partner of OMODA&JAECOO as of March 30, 2026, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Vietnam’s Geleximco Group in Wuhu, China. While clarifying the basic direction of joint venture cooperation in the field of robotics, the parties aim to comprehensively advance robot R&D, production and application distribution in Vietnam through the joint venture model, establish a localized robotic industry ecosystem, and promote the deepening and development of the robotic industry chain in the Southeast Asian market. Geleximco Group Founding Committee Chairman Vu Van Tien and AiMOGA Robotics General Manager Zhang Guibing attended the signing ceremony.
