
The eleventh ACE Awards (Achievement in Customer Excellence), which has been awarded to the most successful companies in customer experience since 2015 by the Comitantvar platform, which measures customer satisfaction in Türkiye, was held this year. At the award ceremony, MAİS was deemed worthy of the first prize, the “Diamond” award, with its Renault brand in the “Automotive A” category, and with its Dacia brand in the “Automotive B” category.

Since 2018, Renault has won a total of 8 awards at the ACE Awards, including one Silver, one Gold and six Diamond awards, and has been deemed worthy of an award every year. Dacia, on the other hand, was awarded the Diamond award a total of 7 times at the ACE Awards, which it has attended since 2019, and succeeded in winning the first prize in the Automotive B category every year and providing the best customer experience.
With the last award it received in the 2025 evaluations, MAİS, which was entitled to receive the Diamond award for the third time in a row with both of its brands, has once again proven its experience in customer experience and the high customer satisfaction it provides.
In the ACE Awards award process, rankings are calculated based on the “Customer Experience Index” score and determined according to the satisfaction, loyalty and complaint rates of the brands. As a result of these calculations, Renault and Dacia brands achieved a new success as the brands with the highest customer satisfaction in their categories and in the automotive industry.
