In the sector that has been breaking records for the last four years, Mercedes-Benz broke a new record by reaching the highest sales figure in its history with the sale of 33 thousand 374 cars.

Mercedes-Benz, with one in every 5 vehicles sold being electric, continued to be one of the leading brands of automotive transformation.

Mercedes-Benz Automotive Chief Executive Officer Şükrü Bekdikhan: “The next 2 years will be the richest product launch period in the history of Mercedes-Benz. We will be the brand with the most models in the premium segment with nearly 40 new vehicles that we will offer globally.”

Mercedes-Benz Light Commercial Vehicles Executive Board Member Tufan Akdeniz: “We doubled our light commercial vehicle sales, the reservation process of which was started through the Online Store in 2025, and we achieved great success in the Mercedes-Benz world with our second-hand vehicle sales. In 2026, we will be the first market to convert the eSprinter into a minibus with Turkish engineering and certify it and sell it.”

Mercedes-Benz Automotive Automobile Group Sales and Marketing Director Dr. Nadine Adam: “As Mercedes-Benz, on the automobile side, we reached the highest sales figures of all time in total automobile sales and new, second-hand, electric and upper segment vehicle sales in Türkiye in 2025. While our best-selling model in 2025 will be the C-Class, we have further strengthened our electrification journey by starting the sales of our best-selling electric vehicle EQB and the completely new CLA in Türkiye.”

Mercedes-Benz, which increases its sales every year, increased its sales by approximately 10 percent this year compared to the previous year and sold 43 thousand 224 vehicles in 2025.

While automobile sales in the sector increased by 10.62 percent in 2025, Mercedes-Benz grew above the sector by 11 percent and sold 33 thousand 374 automobiles. 2025 was the year in which Mercedes-Benz sold the most automobiles in Türkiye. At the same time, a sales figure similar to 2024 was achieved with the sale of 9 thousand 850 light commercial vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz Automotive Executive Board and Automobile Group Chairman Şükrü Bekdikhan: “The automotive industry did not expect a new record year when starting 2025 due to high interest rates and decreasing credit opportunities. However, the relative suppression of prices with increasing competition along with many different developments during the year caused customers to act faster in their purchasing decisions. Thus, the sector continued to grow in the 4th year with sales of 1 million 368 thousand 400 units. In the record-breaking sector, our sales increased by approximately 11 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 33 thousand 374. “2025 was the year in which we reached the highest sales figure in Türkiye, exceeding the record-breaking 2016 with 32 thousand 666 units. This result was influenced by the trust we offer in the premium segment, our innovative and diverse product portfolio, our wide range of after-sales services, and the continued demand of consumers for premium vehicles despite the fluctuations in the economy and the new tax regulations.”

A period of launches and records for Mercedes-Benz

The fully electric C-Class will be in Turkey in the third quarter, and the electric GLA will be in Türkiye in the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, as well as our new models.” “The facelifted gasoline S-Class and Mercedes-Maybach S-Class will be in Türkiye in the second quarter, the EQS in the third quarter and the internal combustion engine C-Class at the end of the year.” he said.

The success of the new sales model sets an example for the world

Stating that they have introduced an innovative customer journey approach in digital areas with the Mercedes-Benz Online Store, as well as an agency structure that envisages a premium experience in physical areas with a sales model centered on digitalization. Best-selling internal combustion C-Class in 2025, best-selling electric EQB

He said that the premium automotive segment is increasingly focusing on electrification, digitalization and sustainability. The second-hand market will be influential in sales in 2026
