Toyota introduced the updated bZ7 sedan at the Beijing Auto Show. The large Toyota bZ7 sedan will serve as the Japanese company’s flagship electric vehicle in China. It was developed in partnership with GAC.The bZ7’s design follows the same family look as other Toyota EVs. Classic door handles and side mirrors are present. Other simplifications affect only minor details, but the overall fast profile and signature lighting remain. The EV measures over five meters in length.Inside, the cabin adopts a minimalist Chinese-inspired layout. A small driver display sits under a hood, while a large infotainment tablet is prominently positioned. The center console features a row of physical buttons and a wireless charging pad. The sedan also comes with a full-length panoramic roof. Given the lidar above the windshield and Toyota’s collaboration with Chinese firm Momenta, the bZ7 is expected to offer an advanced autonomous driving system.
