
Stellantis NV, one of the world’s largest mobility companies, announced the appointment of Charles Christman as Head of Investor Relations. Charles Christman, who replaces Ed Ditmire, will report to CFO Joao Laranjo. With deep expertise in the automotive industry and automotive finance institutions, Christman has played important roles in the execution of large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, the transformation of financial services operations, and the management of complex liquidity and financing processes throughout his career.

In this context, the company announced that Charles Christman was appointed as Head of Investor Relations. Christman will report to CFO Joao Laranjo, effective immediately. In this role, he will replace Ed Ditmire, who has decided to leave the company for personal reasons. In the field of finance; Christman brings deep expertise in the automotive industry and automotive financing institutions over a career that spans a wide range of disciplines, including treasury management, business development and investor relations.

During his career, he played key roles in the execution of large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, the transformation of financial services operations, and the management of complex liquidity and financing processes. Prior to this appointment, Christman worked closely with Joao Laranjo for the past eight years, serving as North American Treasury Director, Head of Financial Services, and Head of North American Financial Planning and Analysis. During his career, he also held strategic positions within Fiat Chrysler North America, General Motors and Meritor. Christman has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Michigan State University.
