Modena, 3 February 2026 – Maserati’s presence at The I.C.E. St. Moritz 2026 concluded with remarkable success, reaffirming the Trident brand’s enduring blend of Italian luxury, racing heritage, and cutting-edge innovation. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the frozen St. Moritz lake, the event drew automotive connoisseurs and industry professionals from around the world, offering a stage perfectly suited to Maserati’s unique dual narrative of bespoke artistry and motorsport legacy.
The highlight of Maserati’s participation was the world premiere of the Maserati MCPURA Cielo FROZEN MAGMA, a singular creation born from the Fuoriserie programme. This one-off model captivated the audience with its avant-garde design and bespoke detailing, exemplifying Maserati’s commitment to personalisation, innovation, and luxury craftsmanship.
In parallel, the brand celebrated a historic triumph at the International Concours of Elegance, dedicated to classic cars. Maserati’s legendary 1949 4CLT claimed the Best in Class title in the Open Wheels category, a recognition of both its technical brilliance and historical significance. Chaired by Marco Makaus, co-founder of The I.C.E., the jury—comprising classic car experts and renowned international designers—praised the 4CLT for its pioneering engineering, including a tubular steel chassis and supercharged four-cylinder engine, as well as its authentic embodiment of Maserati’s racing DNA. Produced in only 21 units between 1948 and 1950, the 4CLT remains a symbol of post-war Grand Prix innovation.
Maserati’s dual presence at The I.C.E.—melding cutting-edge bespoke design with celebrated sporting heritage—created a compelling narrative that underscores the brand’s century-long racing lineage. This year marks 100 years since Maserati first raced the Tipo 26 at the Targa Florio in 1926, achieving a class victory and establishing a legacy that continues to define the brand.

This vision finds further expression in BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, the collaborative project with Alfa Romeo and Bottega, which unites few-off creations, Fuoriserie personalisation, historic craftsmanship, and racing expertise. The initiative reflects Maserati’s relentless pursuit of performance, exclusivity, and design excellence.
Maserati’s triumph at St. Moritz was further amplified by the warm reception of its most prestigious models showcased within The I.C.E. Village. Highlights included the MCPURA Coupé and Cielo, GT2 Stradale, GranTurismo Meccanica Lirica One-Off, and GranCabrio Meccanica Lirica One-Off, alongside an exceptional MC12 that drew enthusiastic acclaim from the audience.
Selected models also thrilled guests in dynamic driving experiences across the frozen lake, offering an unforgettable demonstration of Maserati’s performance, elegance, and unmistakable character. The combination of bespoke innovation, historic prestige, and exhilarating driving experiences firmly cemented Maserati’s role as a standard-bearer of Italian automotive excellence at one of the world’s most exclusive motoring events.
