Ford Trucks presented the renewed version of F-MAX, which is the reference model of the heavy commercial vehicle market. The new F-MAX, developed and produced by Ford Otosan engineers in Türkiye, was introduced with a launch held at Sancaktepe R&D Center. F-MAX, which received the 2019 International Truck of the Year (ITOY) award, will be available for sale in Turkey and abroad starting from October in its most efficient, comfortable and technological version with the Ecotorq GEN2 engine, in addition to the innovations in its interior and exterior design.
Thanks to the Ecotorq Gen2 engine, whose intellectual property rights belong entirely to Ford Otosan and produced in the Eskişehir factory, the New F-MAX offers fuel savings of up to 11.3 percent, high performance, durability and efficiency.
F-MAX’s renewed front grille integrates with the body, giving the vehicle a modern and fluid appearance. The Digital Mirror System further enhances improved aerodynamic efficiency and maximizes driving safety with Spotter Mode. The black framed headlights offered as standard in the new Ford Trucks F-MAX further increase elegance and functionality.
While the 12” Digital Display Screen and 12.4” Multimedia Screen allow drivers to personalize the theme and information flow, new features such as wireless charging compartment, electronic parking brake and keyless start increase the comfort of daily use. Additionally, the Max Security Lock added to the vehicle provides extra security for the driver and the vehicle while parking.
Among the features that advance the superior driving pleasure and safety offered by the new F-MAX is the advanced Voice Assistant technology that can receive commands in 13 languages. Thanks to the Voice Assistant, which can be activated with four different commands, many functions such as air conditioning, music, radio and telephone can be controlled with the driver’s voice commands. Thanks to the 7-inch touch control unit next to the bed, drivers can easily access these functions even when they are resting.
