Karsan’s Mark on Electric Public Transport in Bari
Karsan, which pioneers the transformation of public transportation in the world, Italy in Bari won another tender. The deliveries of the 42 electric bus tender, won in cooperation with the Italian dealer Kmobility, are planned to be made in June 2026. The company maintains a strong presence in the country with Karsan brand vehicles actively serving in more than 40 cities in Italy. The vehicles will begin service in the summer of 2026!
Karsan reinforces its role as the pioneer of electric public transportation transformation in Italy with new agreements. Within the scope of the new Rapid Bus Transportation (BRT) project to be implemented by the Municipality of Bari in Italy, Karsan will deliver the first buses to serve in the project in 2026 with the tender it won.

The 18-meter Karsan e-ATA vehicles, which will add power to Bari’s public transportation infrastructure, complete energy filling in a short time with two independent charging inputs, each with a power of 300 kW, and high-speed charging at the same time, offering a range of over 450 kilometers in Bari’s real driving conditions. The vehicles, designed in accordance with European standards, will meet the modern and environmentally friendly public transportation needs of the people of Bari.
