Chery released the official images of its all-new Tiggo 8, positioned as a mid-size family-oriented SUV. The new car features an updated design, a five-seat layout, and a larger body size than the current Tiggo 8. The official launch will be in the fourth quarter of this year.
Currently, Chery’s Tiggo 8 series has five models on sale on the Chinese market, including the all-new Tiggo 8 Plus, Tiggo 8L, Tiggo 8 Zhuoyue (translates to Excellence in English) Edition, 2025 Tiggo 8 Pro, and all-new Tiggo 8 Plus CD-M.

In August, Chery sold 15,695 Tiggo 8s.
For reference, the Tiggo 8 Zhuoyue Edition has a price range of 109,900 to 119,900 yuan (15,400 to 16,800 USD). Power comes from a 1.5TCI engine that outputs a maximum power of 115 kW (154 hp) and a peak torque of 230 Nm.
Once launched, consumers will be able to choose from two front fascia styles.
One is similar to the current Tiggo 8 Plus, featuring split headlights and a polygonal X-shape matrix decorated grille.
