
She’s Mercedes platform, which has been actively bringing together successful women in more than 70 countries around the world since 2015, started operating in Türkiye in 2019 and carries out sponsorship and social responsibility projects in different fields such as culture & art, music, sports, fashion and entrepreneurship. She’s Mentoring Program, which was taken one step further by nourishing this strong structure and was launched in 2024 and attracted great attention from both participants and industry professionals in a short time, continues to attract attention in 2026. The application process for the program was completed as of March 13. Applications were passed through a multi-stage elimination process with competency tests and jury evaluations carried out by Fox HR within the scope of evaluation processes at international standards.

Applications in the 2026 period; They were grouped under three main categories: “Sustainability”, “Creative Industries” and “Technology & Innovation”. This year, the most interest was shown in the “Technology & Innovation” category with 40.4%. While the program continues to provide wide access throughout Türkiye; Applications were received from 40 different cities and abroad. This diversity reinforces the program’s goal of bringing together young professionals from different disciplines and perspectives.
While the majority of candidates applying to the She’s Mentoring program are between the ages of 26-35, the average work experience stands out as 5-7 years. Applications consist of candidates graduating from 133 different universities and 122 different departments, revealing the inclusive nature of the program. The fact that the program was heard mostly through social media channels (46.7%) once again shows the impact of digital communication in reaching young professionals.

Details about the 2026 Period
The program, carried out under the umbrella of She’s Mercedes, brings together pioneering female leaders determined according to their fields of inspiration with young talents under three categories: “Sustainability”, “Technology & Innovation” and “Creative Industries”. The program aims to improve participants’ leadership skills, expand their professional relationships and transform their career goals into concrete projects with its mentoring model centered on sharing knowledge and experience.
Mentees during the 2026 period; Within the scope of the She’s Dreaming platform, they will be involved in a comprehensive development process in professional networking, self-motivation, strategy development, increasing personal awareness and strengthening new generation leadership competencies. Mentees who successfully complete the evaluation stages will be paired with mentors within their own categories and will have the opportunity to work one-on-one. During this seven-month journey, mentors will share their experiences and expertise and support mentees to develop their projects and take stronger steps in the business world.
Candidates who are not selected as mentees but make it to the final stage before the jury evaluation will have the opportunity to participate in online training with the relevant category leaders and digital development programs within the scope of the She’s Dreaming platform. At the end of the program, the mentees who are selected as the winners in three different categories by the jury will receive awards worth 1.8 million TL in total, 600,000 TL per person. This award will provide an important resource for the winning mentees to realize their projects and turn their dreams into reality.
