aras Developed by Kargo’s technology subsidiary Aras Digital delivery management system NESY (Next Generation Transportation Management System) has been successfully implemented in 6 countries that are subsidiaries of the Austrian Post Office. Transformed into a structure that exports technology on an international scale Aras Digital started to manage Europe’s logistics operations from a single digital center with the modular infrastructure it developed.
Aras Digital, founded by Aras Kargo by blending its experience with technology, continued its growth with a new step as a structure that exports technology to global markets. Aras Digital, which creates value on a global scale with the solutions it provides to its Austrian Post Office subsidiaries, has taken its competence in this field to the next level with NESY, following innovative projects such as the Aras Routing Platform (ARP), which saves fuel and time by offering the most efficient route to couriers and provides live tracking and flexible delivery to customers.

NESY was commissioned in 6 countries
NESY, a new generation delivery management system developed end-to-end by Aras Digital, has been deployed in Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia by the end of 2025, becoming the central management platform for all distribution operations of the Austrian Post Office group in the region. NESY offers a modular and scalable digital infrastructure that combines customer integrations, planning, distribution, billing, real-time monitoring and reporting processes of package delivery operations under a single platform. The platform enables the operations of subsidiaries operating in different countries to be managed through standardized processes and common data structures.
Strategic infrastructure ranging from data to artificial intelligence
While NESY sets a new standard in cargo operations with its modular and scalable structure; It offers an end-to-end management model by combining all critical processes such as distribution, reporting and billing under a single platform. This structure, which manages the operations of subsidiaries in different countries through standardized processes and common data models, creates a common financial and operational language throughout the organization by making the data compatible and comparable at every point. Data obtained thanks to this strategic infrastructure; It maximizes efficiency by creating the basis for route optimization, operational analytics and artificial intelligence-supported decision mechanisms. The user-friendly experience offered by the system allows end users to track their packages in real time and direct the delivery process as they wish. By 2026, the operation volume is aimed to increase exponentially with the participation of new countries such as Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
“Our delivery management system, NESY, centers on efficiency and user experience”
Making a statement about the vision of NESY and Aras Digital, Aras Digital General Manager Kenan Cebeci said: “Since the day we were founded as Aras Digital, our goal was not only to meet the needs of Aras Cargo, but also to be a technology center that shapes the future of the cargo industry. At the point we have reached today, we have transformed into a structure that produces end-to-end technological solutions for the operational activities of the Austrian Post Office subsidiaries and exports technology on an international scale. Our delivery management system, NESY, centralizes distribution operations in different countries by combining them under a single platform.” and offers a standard management model. While NESY digitizes operational processes end-to-end with its modular and scalable structure, it also forms the basis of artificial intelligence-supported decision mechanisms thanks to common data models. We aim to further expand this network by launching it in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in 2026. As Aras Digital, we will continue to be the pioneer of digital transformation in the global market.
