The Mercedes program With a press release, Mercedes has made the map for the 2026 Formula 1 season official. The team directed by Toto Wolff will show the public the first images of the new W17 on Thursday 22 January, through renderings, before leaving for Barcelona, where the first tests will be held behind closed doors from the 26th to the 30th of the same month. At the end of the tests, the official launch event of the single-seater which will be entrusted to George Russell and Andrea Kimi Antonelli has been set. The appointment is for Monday 2 February, through an online broadcast in which the drivers and key figures of the team will be present. Where to see the new Mercedes W17? On Thursday 22 January, just tune in to the Mercedes team’s social media, channels through which the first images of the new single-seater will be published.
