İnci Holding’s traditional year-end event, Cevdet İnci Honor Night, was held in Izmir with more than 600 participants, including group company employees and their spouses. At the night held with the theme of “Tomorrow’s Trace”, in addition to the awards given to innovative projects throughout the İnci group within the scope of the 21st Cevdet İnci Incentive Awards, İnci Holding also presented the Occupational Health and Safety Award and the Social Message Award. At the ceremony, İnci Holding Chairman of the Board Cihan Elbirlik and CEO and Board Member Zeki Şafak Ozan shared the future vision of the group in addition to the year evaluation.
In the special section reserved for the 40th anniversary of İnci Foundation, the foundation story was shared.
Volunteer employees who took part in the Foundation’s programs were appreciated.
“Cevdet İnci Honor Night”, traditionally organized every year by İnci Holding, one of Türkiye’s well-established organizations, in memory of its founder Cevdet İnci, was held at İzmir İstinyeArt 100% Performance Arena. At the night, employees and managers came together while the successful projects of the group companies were rewarded.
In his speech at the Cevdet İnci Honor Night, Cihan Elbirlik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İnci Holding, emphasized the group’s success story from past to present, its vision for the future and its trust in new generations. In his speech, Elbirlik emphasized that the value-oriented approach that Cevdet İnci brought to the corporate culture still shapes İnci Holding’s long-term road map today, and stated that the “Trace of Tomorrow” theme represents the corporate stance carried to the future with responsible leadership on the basis of trust and unity. Emphasizing that they aim for continuous development not only in the focus of technology and investment but also in terms of benefiting the society, Elbirlik expressed his gratitude to İnci Foundation by saying, “We are proud of our İnci Foundation, which has reached its 40th year, and that they have shed light on the thousands of children and young people they have touched so far with their special programs.”
In his speech at the night, İnci Holding CEO and Board Member Zeki Şafak Ozan emphasized the group’s achievements and future goals. Ozan said, “In the past years, we have stated that we will pursue more ambitious goals in the second century of the Republic. We firmly stand behind this promise; we are excited about the 230 million dollars of investment we foresee for the next five years and the exports that we expect to be around 3 billion dollars, leaving a mark on tomorrow as well as sustainable profitable growth in our business plans.” He expressed the group’s determination.
